Printing Event Paperwork

Where to Find It

Manage → Paperwork, under Event day on your own event. The Officials screen also has a Print the officials sheet link, which opens the same page on that sheet alone.

Paperwork lays out two sheets for the day: the Roster and the Officials. It only reads what you have already entered elsewhere. Nothing on this screen changes your event.

Printing

Press Print to open your browser's print window. Each sheet starts on a new page, and the site's menus and header are left off the paper. It always prints in light colors, even if you use DivingHost in dark mode.

To print one sheet on its own, choose it first from All sheets, Roster and Officials. Most browsers also let you save the print as a PDF from the same window.

When It Was Produced

Every sheet carries the event's name, date and town, and a line saying when it was produced, in the event's own time zone. Anything that changes after that is not on the paper, so print again after a late withdrawal.

You can print from a draft. The sheet says so, in the same way it says when the event is canceled.

The Roster

Everybody who entered, sorted by last name, in three groups:

• Approved
• Pending and waitlisted
• Not competing — withdrawn or rejected, listed so the desk recognizes them if they arrive.

Each row has the participant's name, gender, age on the day of the event, club and town. The age column needs a start date on the event; without one, the sheet says so instead.

On paper the roster also has a Checked in column. It prints whatever you recorded on the Check-in screen, and stays as a blank box to write in otherwise. Nothing written on the paper is saved anywhere, so record arrivals on that screen.

The roster never includes anybody's email address, phone number or date of birth.

The Officials

Everybody you listed on the Officials screen, by role, with a reminder that these are the names as you entered them and that DivingHost has not checked any license, certification or identity.

If you set up areas by day, each day gets a table showing who is the referee and the medical officer for each one, and what is still needed.

Downloading a Spreadsheet

Under Download as a spreadsheet, each sheet has its own button: Roster and Officials. Each downloads a CSV file you can open in any spreadsheet program.
